Joe Dymek brings over 25 years of meeting planning experience to his position at ConferenceDirect. Prior to joining ConferenceDirect, he was Corporate Director of Conventions Services for Hilton Hotels Corporation, where he was responsible for overseeing the Convention Service Departments for Hilton’s managed and owned hotels. Before joining Hilton Joe worked for Hyatt Hotels as a Director of Convention Services for more than 10 years. During that time period he worked at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis, Hyatt Regency DFW Airport, and the Hyatt Regency Chicago. As the Director of Convention Services, he was responsible for overseeing the execution of all meetings at each of these properties.

Joe earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. Since joining ConferenceDirect in 1999 he has worked on 100’s of events and has a strong background in both conference management and housing & registration. Joe has managed events ranging in size from 100 people up to events for 10,000 people. He has managed programs across North America, Central America and Europe.
